Version 4 certification is complete.  Customer upgrades started July 2nd., 2009. 

For those using our extensive import facilities the ACC added this comment for Version 4: 

1.20 Data elements captured outside the vendor’s NCDR application via an ADT or 3rd party application cannot be used to populate the vendor’s NCDR database unless they conform to the same requirements as defined in the data dictionary and this functional requirements document. The 3rd party data collector must have the exact same number of selections available, data definition, target value, etc., before the data can be accepted into the CathPCI database. If the data elements do not conform to the data dictionary then the elements must be removed from the interface and collected manually.
